In my EXPERTISE OPINION (:D) you should weigh at least 70kg if you're 179cm tall. The fact that you indicate that you do not have much muscle mass either proves this point further. This means you are a soft 65kg man at 179cm and I can not imagine someone like that being anything but very underweight.
I'm around your height and I'm at about 67 kilos so far and my GW is 55. My SW was about 75-76 kilos so I've lost 7-8 kilos so far but I haven't noticed any big difference. I haven't noticed a single difference in my physic at all.

I started with 30min of homeworkouts, and always tried to better myself. I learned more, did body recomp, and exercised at home until December of 2019. Then I got a gym membership and started to bulk up from the weight of 70kg. I bulked up until yesterday where my 2 month cut began. I'm currently around 80kg at (almost) 17 years old, 6'2.

I think it really comes down to how your body is shaped. In my case, when I was really fit with abs, I probably weighed ~135-140 lbs (~60-63 kg). These days, I'm somewhat less in shape but at 145 lbs (~65 kgs) I look okay but not as lean. I'd say that anything from 135-150 lbs is fine (60-68), but once again really comes down to how you are shaped.
For example, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a woman 65 inches (1.65 meters) tall would fall within a normal BMI range if she weighed 111–150 pounds (50–68 kg) .
